HSE Policy
Responsibility towards resources is at the heart of every EGT projects. Be it the safety
aspect of the technical operations, health of the personnel or the environmental safeguard,
it is our corporate assurance to protect their interest.
Towards this, EGTworks with high safety standards complying with relevant registration,
regulations and codes of practice and Construction Industry Standards.
In accordance with the corporate HSSE policy of EGT, it is in the process of implementing
a corporate Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) management system
throughout the organization, covering all aspects of the applicable ISO and OHSAS
standards, principles of sustainable development and promotes strongly the prevention of
incidents rather than having to react to the consequences.
The objective at EGT is to maintain a prevention based process for safety, health, and loss
prevention. Our management team is committed to developing and maintaining
appropriate systems, procedures and plans to achieve the mission and objectives of safety
policy. The safety program for EGT is under the direction of safety and loss prevention
officer. A safety representative will be appointed for each job.
Our safety principles are based on the belief that all accidents and injuries are preventable
and all tasks must be planned and performed with a concern for safety.
